Biography / about the Trebels
The story starts 5 years ago. A hep young cat going by the name of "Cool Hand Luke" was rockin' and rolling in the streets of Hull. There he met Johny Kramer a fine slap bass player who clicketty clacked on a solo track. The two decided to find a rockin' beat and see if they could get people moving their feet so they added a drummer named Pete. Now these three amigos are The Trebels and the can get any place rockin' and rollin', boppin' or even strollin'.

Just to show you rock'n'roll is still alive and kicking The Trebels also play some modern songs. Playing songs from The Arctic Monkeys and Jake Bugg to the White Stripes and many more with an extra rockabilly twist.

Encapsulating the spirit of Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash and the 1950's. With set lists to suit any audience, authentic sounds, rockabilly Gretsch, stripped down drum kit and slap bass, these guys really know how to rock'n'roll.
